Grating-Lobe Pattern Retrieval from Noisy Irregular Beam Data for the Planck Space Telescope

Abstract

In-flight measurements of satellite antenna patterns are often given in a highly irregular grid and the data may be influenced by severe noise such that an accurate pat-tern determination is difficult. In this paper, a two-step fitting algorithm for retrieval of the antenna pattern will be demonstrated.
